As Founder and Leader of The K A Day Group, Byron Hayes brings nearly two decades of extensive real estate expertise to the table, having made his mark as a broker, investor, and entrepreneur in the industry. His journey began with notable achievements and leadership roles, first making his mark in the U.S. Army, where he retired as a Logistics Officer. This background laid the foundation for his transition into the real estate sector, where he has since owned a REMAX franchise, mentoring and guiding new agents entering the field.

Mr. Hayes has a rich history of real estate ventures, from overseeing commercial and residential build-outs to spearheading the rehabilitation and stabilization of mobile home parks. His breadth of experience encompasses providing top-tier contracting services across a variety of projects. Recognized for his exceptional project management skills, Hayes has successfully navigated numerous projects and transactions from inception to completion, demonstrating a profound ability to deliver results in the complex world of real estate.

Throughout his military service, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Hayes exemplified outstanding leadership and logistical acumen. As a Brigade Supply Officer, he managed an 18 million-dollar budget and was responsible for the deployment of over 1,150 pieces of operational equipment. In his capacity as Captain Hayes, he led his team in the safe delivery of more than 2.5 million gallons of fuel across 100,000 miles in a combat theater, all without incident. These experiences have honed his problem-solving and decision-making skills, enabling him to thrive in high-pressure situations and contribute significantly to the real estate industry through The K A Day Group.
