Alfred E. Roman Lozada is a dedicated Facilities Management and Quality Assurance Professional with over five years of experience overseeing federal infrastructure and mechanical systems for the U.S. Air Force. He possesses deep expertise in executing rigorous Quality Assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria, and managing complex preventative maintenance programs. During his tenure, Alfred managed the lifecycle assessment and quality compliance for a $2.2 billion infrastructure portfolio, directing preventative maintenance for critical HVAC and control systems across 205 facilities.
