Makayla M. Most recently, Makayla directed the largest department within the 96 Medical Group, overseeing $1 billion in logistical, facilities, and contracting operations while managing a team of 125 personnel. Her strategic expertise encompasses financial modeling, provider network expansion, and the implementation of complex technological systems, including the Department of Defense’s Electronic Health Record. With a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and a commitment to mission-driven excellence, Makayla ensures that our healthcare staffing and facility operations are executed with precision, accountability, and a focus on delivering superior results for our clients.

Alfred E. Roman Lozada is a dedicated Facilities Management and Quality Assurance Professional with over five years of experience overseeing federal infrastructure and mechanical systems for the U.S. Air Force. He possesses deep expertise in executing rigorous Quality Assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria, and managing complex preventative maintenance programs. During his tenure, Alfred managed the lifecycle assessment and quality compliance for a $2.2 billion infrastructure portfolio, directing preventative maintenance for critical HVAC and control systems across 205 facilities. His analytical approach to problem-solving, combined with his proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools like Power BI and Tableau, allows him to optimize maintenance practices and improve operational readiness.
